This replaces another brand's bowl, which split while I wasn't home and gel leaked into the water making a pet sick.  I'm very pleased that only the core has to go into the freezer.  Takes up less room and the metal doesn't suffer excessive stress.

My pets love their new FrostyBowlz.  They drink out of them first.  I searched the net to find a bowl I could buy so a stray cat I feed can have cool water on hot days.  I was so impressed I bought a bowl for my indoor cats and my dog to enjoy.  They all love them and drink more water.  I'm hoping the stray will decide to come in before winter.  Then I'll have another FrostyBowl to provide cool water upstairs.  After receiving my bowls I read that the outer rim around the bottom can be filled with water so ants can't get into the bowl if used for food outside.  So I am ordering yet another FrostyBowl to feed the cat outside.  These bowls are terrific .  So well made and reasonably priced for their value.

I have a cat who has cancer and needs to be on a diet of canned food only, and she can only eat small amounts at a time.  I was searching for something that might be able to keep her food fresh, and I discovered FrostyBowls.  Perfect!!!  I have four other cats, of whom three are also interested in canned food if/when it's available.  These bowls give me a way to let all my cats free feed on the wet food while still keeping it fresh, especially overnight.  Since it's always available, they aren't gobbling it all up at once, and it lasts longer since I'm not having to worry about it spoiling.  Great idea!!!

This item actually works! I feed a colony of feral cats and this keeps the water cool all day, even on the hottest summer day. They are drinking more, which is great for their health. Thank you!

I am glad I found this product.  it holds two cans of fancy feast.  it keeps the food cool for eight hours.  my cats are seniors without many teeth so they can nibble at the wet food without it drying out and rotting.  I freeze the stainless steel parts as well as the core.

Our cat eats wet food and likes to graze during the day. I had to check her bowl often to keep fresh wet food available. Now if we are gone for the day I can fill the FrostyBowlz and know that her food will be good all day.

My dog loves fresh water all the time and this bowl is excellent because I don't have to change the water each time she wants a drink, as long as the water is cold she will drink it.  Excellent product.
