I oredered this for my puppy.  She is peculiar and won't drink warm water.  It was a little on the expensive side, but worth it.  It keeps her water cold for at least 10 hours.   I found customer service to be proficient and quick with their response.

Amazing, my dogs love the cold, cold water. Actually drinking more which is good. These really do keep the water cold all day. I hope it is similar during the summer months although I expect a loss of some time, hopefully not too much. Still should be better than not having them. I'm am very happy and my dogs are too. Will continue to monitor performance in the next few months.

My pet and I love the FrostyBowlz with the two extra cores.  I switch out the core as needed and Voila!  My pet's water will never be warm and 'yucky' again. I like the fact that I don't have to constantly clean the core to place it in my freezer since it's protected by the stainless bowl that covers it.  Life is pretty darn easy with our new FrostyBowlz.  I can't think of anything negative to report.  We (my picky pet and I) love it!

This replaces another brand's bowl, which split while I wasn't home and gel leaked into the water making a pet sick.  I'm very pleased that only the core has to go into the freezer.  Takes up less room and the metal doesn't suffer excessive stress.

This item actually works! I feed a colony of feral cats and this keeps the water cool all day, even on the hottest summer day. They are drinking more, which is great for their health. Thank you!

I just bought a 40oz bowl and already have two 28oz bowls. I love them.
Our cats spend a lot of time on our screened-in porch, and with the heat as it has been, I was freshening their water often during the day. With the 40oz bowl they're water is cold ALL DAY.  Saves me time and they appreciate it. They told me that. The two smaller bowls are used in the house where it's not so hot. I've told my friends about these and they love them too. Wonderful product!
